Elizabeth McGillin

Elizabeth McGillin is the operational force behind Elevare Law, where she ensures the systems, structures, and support are in place for our attorneys to do their best, most impactful work for clients. As our Operations & Finance Manager, she leverages her deep passion for operational efficiency - paired with a knack for automation and AI-driven tools - to streamline administrative processes across all facets of Elevare Law’s day-to-day. 

With a background that bridges legal administration and nonprofit program leadership, Liz brings a uniquely human-centered approach to her work. She began her career as an office manager helping establish operational practices at a newly formed legal group, before spending over a decade leading youth development and foster care programming in Jacksonville, Florida. There, she built scalable program models and cross-sector partnerships that helped teens build life skills and secure long-term opportunities. Whether supporting at-risk youth or structuring legal ops at a fast-growing firm, her mission has always been the same: to build systems that empower people to do meaningful work and live better lives. 

Liz holds a BS in Psychology from the University of North Florida. Outside of work, you can find her hiking the Blue Ridge Mountains, taking in live music, or traveling with her wife and baby girl. She also serves as Board President of her local PFLAG chapter, supporting the organization's work to create welcoming, inclusive communities for LGBTQ+ people and their families. She believes deeply in the power of collaboration to spark change - a value that aligns closely with how we work alongside our clients and affiliate partners.
