Aizaz M. Chaudhary
Aizaz M. Chaudhary is a healthcare and technology attorney who helps organizations navigate the complex regulatory and commercial landscape of modern healthcare. As a Junior Partner at Elevare Law, he advises companies building healthcare technologies as well as the health systems and provider organizations adopting them. His practice focuses on commercial contracting, corporate structuring, data governance, fraud and abuse compliance, AI/ML implementation, and strategic partnerships.
Aizaz brings a unique combination of private practice and in-house experience. His background includes commercial litigation, advising early-stage technology companies entering the healthcare market, and negotiating enterprise partnerships with some of the largest companies in the country. Most recently, as in-house counsel for one of the nation’s leading academic hospital systems, he led work involving emerging technology procurement, clinical and infrastructure initiatives, enterprise partnerships, complex corporate structures, and organizational policy and strategy.
Earlier in his career, Aizaz helped an international consumer wellness brand launch its B2B healthcare offering, helping the company reach profitability for the first time in its history. That experience, combined with his in-house background, gives him a practical understanding of what it takes to evolve a deal into a successful partnership.
This understanding allows Aizaz to bring different perspectives into the same conversation, from sellers and buyers to clinical, technical, operational, and regulatory teams. Clients value his ability to help teams find common ground, solve problems, and keep good ideas moving forward.
Aizaz earned his bachelor’s in biology from the University of Georgia, his master’s in biomedical sciences from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, and his Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law. He is admitted to practice in Florida and Nebraska and is a member of the Florida Bar Health Law Section and the American Health Law Association.
Based in Florida, Aizaz spends his time chasing after his two kids and two dogs with his wife. When he gets the chance, he feeds his golf obsession, cheers on his Georgia Bulldogs and Atlanta professional teams, and looks for any excuse to get near the water and escape the Florida heat. He’s also a self-proclaimed consumer tech enthusiast who spends perhaps too much time researching the latest gadgets. A smart fridge may be unnecessary, but according to Aizaz, why not?
