Gutwald specializes in digital health, telemedicine, and direct-to-consumer care, with particular experience supporting companies at the intersection of mental health and AI. His counsel has helped startups scale from early traction to multimillion-dollar operations, including leading one company from 12 to over 40 states in under a year - contributing to a 20x increase in revenue.

He has served as Chair of the Health Care Law Section of the State Bar of Michigan, and his work has been featured in both state and national legal publications.
