Today, the firm is proud to announce the addition of Aizaz M. Chaudhary as Junior Partner. A seasoned healthcare attorney with both law firm and in-house experience, Aizaz adds to Elevare’s growing team of lawyers with a rare combination of legal, operational, and business perspective.
Aizaz advises healthcare technology companies and institutional healthcare organizations navigating the increasingly complex intersection of innovation, regulation, and commercial growth. His practice spans digital health, virtual care, healthcare technology, health systems, academic medical centers, and multi jurisdiction provider organizations, with a focus on enterprise partnerships, data governance, fraud and abuse compliance, vendor procurement, organizational compliance, and AI/ML implementation.

Before joining Elevare, Aizaz served as Associate General Counsel at one of the largest health systems in the Midwest, where he led initiatives involving the procurement of emerging technology for clinical and infrastructure applications, enterprise partnerships, complex corporate structures, organizational policy, and strategic priorities. Earlier in his career, he helped an international consumer wellness brand launch a B2B healthcare offering that enabled the company to reach profitability for the first time in its history.

Aizaz earned his B.S. in Biology from the University of Georgia, his M.S. in Biomedical Sciences from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, Georgia Campus, and his J.D. from Stetson University College of Law. He is admitted to practice in Florida and Nebraska and is a member of the Florida Bar Health Law Section and the American Health Law Association.
